The first ever alumni homecoming of Cronasia Foundation College Inc., with the theme “CFC: Harvesting Memories, Sowing Futures,” took place on December 17, 2023, at Sun City Suites, Lily Ballroom, General Santos City. This provides an opportunity for former students to reconnect with their alma mater, network with fellow alumni, and engage with current students.
The event was spearheaded by Atty. Cyd Charisse P. Non-Dizon, MMREM, REA, REB, together with Mr. Leonard O. Betonio, LPT, one of the pioneering alumni of CFC, CFC faculty and staff, school students organization, and the alumnus of CFC from batch 2013β2023 wearing their elegance in black dresses. “Your dedication, passion, and achievement continue to inspire the Cronasia Foundation community. Panagtapok 2023 is an opportunity to celebrate not only where you have been but also where you are going, sowing the seeds for future successes,” Atty. said in her remarks, showing dedication and resilience during their after-graduate journey.
The mini-film “Balik-tanaw” is one of the highlights of the occasion, as the mini-film viewing displayed the 2013β2023 picture compilation previews. Mixed emotions were plastered in the air as the alumni watched their pictures as former students of CFC.
Moreover, the attendees’ lively vitality was brought to CFC along with Atty. by the raffle draw. CFC displayed the range of raffle prizes, which included cash, rice sacks, and other unique items. Throughout the evening, certificates are given to the various alumni award recipients.
Furthermore, as the night gets deeper and the afterparty commences, alumnus are having their quality time to interact with other batches of alumnus. Together with the invited guests, performers, Team Indayog, Tinig Coloratura, Sining Kalilintad performing arts, CFC Likha, Criminology Intern Unit, faculty and staff, and the CFC Echo. This marked the first ever alumni homecoming of CFC, showcasing their reconnection with their alma mater.
In addition, the institution is looking forward to another year of alumni homecoming celebrations, as it serves as a ground-breaking event for the success of their students.
