A momentous event that serves as a token for welcoming and embracing new and unfamiliar faces, Cronasia Foundation College Inc. conducted its annual Ilhanay-Acquaintance Party with the theme “CFC: Celebrating Oneness in Different Views, Iba ang Saya sa Cronasia” on September 29, 2023, held at GenSan Pioneer Avenue.

The CFC Pep Squad, Team Indayog, Sining Kalilintad, and Tinig Coloratura were all present and independently graced the spectators with their dances and songs. These performing organizations of the CFC showcased their talents to the audience.

Among the highlights of the event was the Battle of the Bands, where departments competed in singing and playing diverse musical instruments. The Department of Education was hailed as the champion, followed by the Criminology Department.

Meanwhile, the search for Ms. and Mr. Ilhanay took the stage, showcasing their stylish outfits. The College of Social Sciences and Humanities was announced as the winners for both Mr. And Ms. Ilhanay’23 category of the competition.

Subsequently, the search for Ms. Pride took the stage with fierce passion, leaving the audience in awe as they demonstrated their proficiency in fashion and catwalk. Eventually, the Department of Basic Education obtained the title.

Guest performers graced the event, starting with Gensan’s Fire dancers, Taylor Sweat of GenSan, Side Project Band Ph, and DJ RudeBoy.

Furthermore, the long-awaited fireworks display and foam party of CFC Ilhanay Acquaintance Party ’23 concluded the school party, serving as a memento of appreciation to the students, faculty, and freshmen of Cronasia.

The annual Ilhanay acquaintance party was organized by the School Event-Student Affairs Director, Mr. Renz D. Gortisano, MBM, together with the Schoolโ€™s Administrator, Atty. Cyd Charisse P Non-Dizon REA REB and the CFCsโ€™ faculty and staff with the active participation of various school organizations, namely; Sining Kalilintad, Team Indayog, CFC Pep Squad, Arte Pintura, Supreme Student Council, Men’s and Women’s Club, Criminology Department, Cfc Likha, Cfc Echo, S.A, and Tinig Coloratura. A special thanks to the LGU Gensan, PNP, BFP, GSC-PSO and other school affiliated personnel and organizations for a successful event and for allowing the school to have a grand acquaintance party celebration at Pioneer Avenue, G.S.C.

The institution is now looking forward to another year of success and endeavors, embarking on a new journey for the CFC family, promoting de-kalidad na edukasyon sa abot kayang tuition!
